Sébastien Simard brings more than 28 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, including 19 years dedicated to renewable energy projects across Canada and the United States. A trained engineer, he joined Borea Construction in 2007 after holding several leadership positions with Pomerleau. Since then, he has played a key role in the company’s growth, including its expansion across Canada and into the United States, as well as the successful delivery of major wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects. Known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to inspire high-performing teams, Sébastien is committed to safety, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships.
